The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman has published more than 160 summaries of investigations it carried out in October and November 2014 – seven of which are in Essex.
So here we go with the last resort complaints department.
The Ombudsman’s service
found that there were “shortfalls in the preparation of care plans for patients with physical illnesses, the treatment of minor injuries and the training of unqualified staff” at the North Essex …Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (NEP) after a woman was admitted into a residential care unit.
In 2008 Ben Morris died….no care plan in place.
In 2012 Matt Leahy died..no care plan in place…then falsified four days after death
When will North Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust learn??????
