This is NOTHING new and this ‘Plausibly Deniable’ script and ‘Disinformation Ethos’ that has been pumped out for the last 2 years has manifested into a report such as this, which is an affront and an utter FARCE…’The Lakes’ has been a nightmare of epidemic proportions to run…’Top Senior Management’ have been exciting out of the back door at ‘Crown Court’, when approached by BBC Essex, in a recent case “As the reporter put it”…’The Funding Commissioners’ have enforced changes, which have been much needed, these were implemented by ‘The Former Head of Nursing’ They graciously moved on to another county…Now the Trust Boss is retiring after tenure, to tend to their garden: Statements “I’ve done all I have set out to do” as was said to one member of their staff…Maybe so but, Look at what has been left behind? The C.Q.C. have given this damming indictment of a ‘Trust’ that could NOT be ‘Trusted’…We all new it…Is this what happened to the overseas Essex University student, found d e * a d in the grounds at The M.H. Unit in Chelmsford?..I take it that this is another White Wash?
QUOTE Above “”I would assure our patients and their families and friends that improving these areas are our overriding priority in the coming months.””UNQUOTE:
I on a personal level have seen nothing of this yet, …Where are ‘The Authorities’ on this?..’The Staff’ at the very lower end have been OK, but they should have Whistle blown and spoken out about this a very long time ago…Avpg.
PS:..Good report Ms Collitt, By the way:

TWO care workers have appeared in court charged with ill-treating a mental health patient in Colchester.Scott Geeson, 26, of Winnock Road, Colchester, and Lelish Shercan, 25, of Circus Square, Colchester, appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
They were both charged with wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent and faced a charge of care worker ill-treating or wilfully neglecting an individual.
It is alleged a vulnerable adult who was in their care was left with a number of injuries, including severe bruising to his chest, after a situation arose on June 24, 2016, in which force was used to restrain the patient. Magistrates declined jurisdiction and no pleas were entered.
Geeson and Shercan, who were both released on unconditional bail, will next appear for a pre-trial preparation hearing at Ipswich Crown Court next month.
