Nursing and Midwifery Council Investigations of NEPFT employees.

PLATER

Mr OFILI,Frank Segun

Another member of staff found falsifying documents. You could say it’s only college notes……but we know through experience that this leads to bigger things like patient care plans.
Hold your head in shame Mr Frank Segun…you’ve been found out.

What was going on in NEPFT ( the area NHS mental health trust) during the period of 2012 to 2016 needs to be fully investigated by CQC investigators. This is the (4th) revelation that has come to light about staff issues. avpg. ps. I note all the millions they made on selling houses in creffield road and glen avenue is being used as described below me?

NEPFT? Oh yes……the organisation which moved the units around and relocated in Clacton, even though a good number of staff didn’t drive or have their own transport to effect a cohesive team at all hours as required. The very same organisation which now books a local taxi firm to transport staff from Colchester to Clacton at £22.00 per journey. A really financially sound and prudent move, if I may say so. Inept at best, mediocre at worst. No wonder they have financial deficits. This is where our money is going.
